Each month we see many incidents of fraudsters targeting our residents in an attempt to defraud them.

We’re working hard to prevent this and support vulnerable victims of fraud or scams.

In this month’s edition, we focus on a recent rise in doorstep crime.

If you suspect you have been a victim of a scam or fraud, report it.

Report it to Action Fraud or by calling 0300 123 2040.

If you, or where the victim is vulnerable or elderly, please call Sussex Police directly on 101 and ask about Operation Signature.

If it's an emergency, always call 999.
